HaalChaal — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to HaalChaal (“App”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1) Eligibility (18+ Only)

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use HaalChaal.
• By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use such services.
• Accounts found to be used by minors will be permanently terminated.

2) Intermediary Platform Role

HaalChaal acts only as a technology platform that connects users. We do not control or endorse user behavior or user-generated content. Users are solely responsible for their actions and communications.

3) User Conduct

• You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Prohibited behavior includes harassment, abuse, impersonation, fraud, nudity involving minors, hate speech, or illegal activities.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
• Do not share personal, financial, or sensitive information with strangers.
• Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban without notice.
• Sexual exploitation, coercion, sextortion, or forced nudity is strictly prohibited.
• Content involving minors in any sexual context is strictly prohibited and will be reported.

4) Stranger Interaction & Recording Risk

• You interact with strangers at your own risk.
• We do not verify user identity.
• Other users may record or screenshot chats without your knowledge.
• Do not share intimate or sensitive content.

5) Content & Moderation

• We reserve the right to monitor, review, restrict, or remove any content or account.
• We do not guarantee real-time moderation of all user activity.
• User content may be reported and reviewed for safety and legal compliance.
• Users can report abuse or misconduct through in-app reporting tools or support email.

6) User Content License

You grant HaalChaal a limited, non-exclusive license to process, transmit, and store your content solely for operating, securing, and improving the service.

7) Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using HaalChaal, you consent to data collection and processing as described there.

8) Virtual Coins, Payments & Non-Refund Policy

• HaalChaal offers virtual coins that can be purchased using one-time payments.
• Coins are digital goods with no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coins are used to access services such as video calls and are deducted automatically based on usage.
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable, even if unused or partially used.
• No refunds will be issued for accidental purchases, dropped calls, connectivity issues, or user dissatisfaction.
• Refunds may only be provided where required by applicable law.

9) Payment Processing (Cashfree)

• Payments are processed securely via third-party gateways such as Cashfree.
• We do not store your card details, UPI ID, bank information, or wallet credentials.
• We only receive transaction confirmation details such as payment ID, amount, and status.
• Chargebacks, abuse, or fraudulent payment activity may lead to account suspension.
• If purchases are made through an app store, the app store billing terms and refund rules will apply.
• In case of technical errors, network failures, or gateway issues,

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. Unused coins will not be refunded upon termination.

Creating new accounts after suspension or ban is prohibited and may result in device-level blocking.

11) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content within the App are owned by HaalChaal or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without written permission.

12) Disclaimers

• The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service.
• We are not responsible for user behavior or interactions.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HaalChaal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, coins, or goodwill arising from use of the App.

14) Law Enforcement Cooperation

We may cooperate with law enforcement and provide information when legally required.

15) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
